Telephone is mainly used as a media in telephone interview, to communicate with interviewees, to gain the purpose in collecting information. Interviewers are centralized in some places or professional phone call rooms, working in special time, supervisors manage the locale. Telephone interview is suitable for simple questions, usually, no more than 10 minutes each. The advantage is low cost in the whole process. Psychological pressure of strangers can be eliminated.
