Symposium means to choose a group (six-ten persons) of representative consumers and clients. A single surface clairvoyant mirror or monitoring device is set into a room, when some topics are determined to discuss by question-master, to release consumers' important characteristics such as demand 、psychology 、behavior and so on, then some questions and problems which are related can be discovered ,released and solved deeply ,so the foundation of deeper quantitative investigation can be maintained.
